In this sculpture, Karmin decided to use a neutral palette of browns and white. There is a high contrast between all the different brown tones that create interest and movement. LOST and FOUND #6 is a small to medium size wall sculpture. It would give any room an earthy relaxing feel. This style of contemporary organic artwork has never been done before. It is a one of a kind unique new style of art that you will never find anyplace else. It was inspired by Karmin watching wood curls fall to the floor which became "lost" while a bowl was being carved on a lathe. She "found" them and created something beautiful. From being "lost" to being "found". It is sprayed with a UV protective spray but not recommended to be hung in direct sunlight.
