With nearly three decades of creative exploration, Karmin Schafer is a professional artist known for her inventive and ever-evolving body of work. Based in Syracuse, New York, she holds a BFA in Painting and a Master’s in Art Education from Syracuse University.
Karmin’s artistic journey unfolds in series—each one a personal evolution. After years of painting, she found new energy in sculptural work, creating vibrant, hand-curved 3D pieces that have brought her international recognition.
Her colorful, tactile sculptures invite curiosity and joy, drawing inspiration from her roots, surroundings, and strong family ties. Through bold form and imaginative technique, Karmin continues to spark wonder and connection through art.
